About
Philipp Christmann is a postdoctoral researcher at the CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security, advised by Mario Fritz. His research focus is on the interaction between large language models (LLMs) and tools, addressing challenges related to factuality, security, and traceability.
Philipp obtained his PhD with highest honors (summa cum laude) from the Max Planck Institute for Informatics and Saarland University, where he was supervised by Gerhard Weikum and Rishiraj Saha Roy. The title of his PhD thesis was: "Question Answering over Heterogeneous Sources".
